With operations across Australia, we are now looking for an HSEQ Administrator to provide maternity leave coverage within our Rivtow Marine Port Hedland team.
We are looking for the best of the best.
- Residential in Port Hedland, WA (not FIFO)
- Contract role fixed term 6-12 months – maternity leave
- Attractive salary, plus residential allowance for eligible candidates
This role will see you:
- contributing to the continuous improvement of our safety management system and our safety culture
- conducting HSEQ field leadership activities with our towage contractors
- assisting with incident investigations as required
- collating HSEQ-related reports and analysis of HSEQ trends, with recommendations to address emerging risks
- supporting the document review process
- supporting the team in the close-out of actions and audit findings
You will need:
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and positively influence safety conversations across the business
- Power BI or other relevant systems-based computing skills
- ability to plan tasks and prioritise in order to meet reporting obligations
- working knowledge of relevant WHS legislation, regulations and codes of practice
- technical writing skills
- high attention to detail
- to hold, or be able to obtain, a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
