With operations across Australia, we are now looking for a Storeperson within our Rivtow Marine Port Hedland team. Based at our waterfront location, you will support the supply chain function through customer focus, good supplier relationships & continuous improvement.
This great opportunity to live and work in Western Australia’s thriving Pilbara region will see you report to the Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be required to ensure the safe and effective day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including but not limited to, materials handling, housekeeping and data entry.
About the Opportunity
Rivtow Marine is seeking a full-time Storeperson based in Port Hedland, Western Australia
- Customer satisfaction: Delivering exceptional service and meeting operational needs.

- Continuous improvement: Enhancing processes and systems for optimal performance.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance and housekeeping of all storage facilities
- The physical unloading, receipting and distribution of parts ordered/requisitioned
- Purchasing
- Organising / collecting locally sourced requisitions
- Work with Pronto ERP, Canvas and Cognos reporting programs for reporting, stock control and purchases
- Conducting rolling stocktakes and full stocktakes at Year end. Update the system for all variances arising from these stocktakes
- Participating in maintaining all logistics functions
- Assisting the Supply Chain Coordinator in identification and maintenance of inventory
- Championing continuous improvement projects
Required qualifications, training and track record:
- Procurement and warehouse experience in marine or mining (desirable)
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems (desirable)
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
- LR Licence (or ability to obtain)
