  • Coach, mentor and train personnel and vessel contractors in QHSE leadership, behavioural safety, critical risk awareness and effective use of the QHSE Management System.
  • Lead and support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, organisational learning and corrective action close-out.
  • Support ongoing development, implementation and improvement of QHSE standards, procedures and digitised processes.
  • Conduct audits, monitor QHSE performance, analyse trends and coordinate weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Mentor and support the QHSE Officer and/or Advisor and contribute to group-wide QHSE improvement initiatives.

  • Minimum 5+ years of QHSE experience across marine, mining, oil and gas, or heavy industry sectors, with a strong background supporting large-scale operations.
  • A recognised lead incident investigation qualification, such as ICAM, TOPSET or TapRoot.
  • Demonstrated experience providing visible field safety leadership and building credibility with frontline operational personnel.
  • Proven capability in behavioural safety, coaching and safety culture improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, ISO management systems and high-risk operational requirements.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including the confidence to have difficult conversations and intervene where required.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and database systems.
